Good to know:
Leave the chicken out of the recipe and add more vegetables (e.g. broccoli, peas and carrots) to make this recipe vegetarian.
Snack on the next day or midnight-snack for leaders.

|In a big deep cooking pot and a smaller pot bring water with a bit of salt to a boil.|
|Cut the chicken into small pieces and heat up oil in a saucepan - fry until well done (10-12 minutes)|
|Once the water has started to boil add the pasta to the big pot and the cauliflower to the small pot - cook until tender. Once they are finished put them in a drainer and leave on the side.|
|Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onions and cook, stirring until tender - 2-3 minutes.|
|Add milk, flour, salt, pepper in a separate bowl together (whisk) and add it to the pan with the onions.|
|Bring it to a boil over medium-high-heat, stir frequently. Cook, stir, until thickened for about 1 minute.|
|Reduce heat to low and stir in cheese until smooth.|
|Stir chicken and mustard into the cheese sauce, cook until heated through - for about 2 minutes.|
|Stir the sauce into the strained pasta and cauliflower - mix it in a pig pot.|
|Serve sprinkled with chives.|
