|Preheat Oven to 175 C|
|Mix Water, Oil and Eggs together (whisk it) in a big bowl|
|In an extra bowl mix Flour and Baking Powder together|
|Add the Sugar and Vanilla Sugar to the Water/Oil/Egg-Mix and mix it together|
|Add the Flower and Baking Powder and mix it together|
|Put Baking Paper on an oven tray and pour the dough on the (deep) oven plate|
|Bake the dough in the oven at 175C for about 35-40 minutes|
|Before baking you can add any kind of fruit on top of your cake (e.g. Apples, Pears, Cherries...)|
