Cupcakes are easy to prepare and perfect for special occasions (birthday, open day) at camp.



  • 3 Dl Flour
  • 3 Dl Sugar
  • 200g Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Sugar


  • 100g Cocoa (Chocolate Powder)
  • 100g Cookies (Crushed)
  • 100g Raspberries (can be frozen)


  • 0.5l Cream



  • Mixer
  • Mixing bowls
  • Cupcake Baking Forms
  • Oven trays

Good to know:

To make this recipe without lactose you can use avocados instead of butter.


Any leftovers can be eaten as snacks the next day or frozen for later use during camp.

Interesting Facts:

Nearly any recipe that is suitable for a layer cake can be used to bake cupcakes. The cake batter used for cupcakes may be flavored or have other ingredients stirred in, such as raisins, berries, nuts, or chocolate chips. (


Step 1
Beat the butter until creamy, add the sugar and beat for about 3 minutes until you get a fluffy buttercream.
Step 2
Add the egg, one by one

mix the flour, baking powder and vanilla-sugar and add the mix to the butter cream
Step 4
Divide the dough in three parts
Step 5
Add the cacao to one part
Step 6
Add the other flavours to the other parts (e.g. cookie-flavour, berries)
Step 7
Prepare the muffin-baking-tray, fill each form 2/3 full
Step 8
Put in the preheated oven for 20minutes at 200C
Step 9
Let them cool down after baking, you can decorate them with whipped cream once they are cooled down.
